Printers

As printers are constantly updated we recommend searching the internet for well-reviewed, low-cost inkjet printers.  Many of our users report that Epson, HP and Canon inkjet printers work well for printing from VistaDent and OrthoMation. We DO NOT recommend using a laser printer or multi-function, all-in-one printers. We DO recommend using ink-jet printers.

Scanners

The following are scanner suggestions for use with VistaDent:
* Please note the information listed as drawbacks when considering these options.  Also keep in mind that the scanner you choose must have a transparency adapter large enough for the x-ray(s) you plan to scan for use with VistaDent.

Epson V700
Drawback for use when scanning panoramic x-ray:  The Transparency Adapter with this unit is not large enough to scan a full panoramic x-ray.
